About The Position

A Broista delivers friendly, fast-paced customer service at Dutch Bros Coffee. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food safety standards. The job is physically demanding and takes place in a high-energy environment with a steady flow of customers. Broistas may work shifts of up to 10 hours, be on their feet and moving quickly, work in varying weather conditions, and push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $20.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $3.50 per hour; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
