About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Delano, California, to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. Broistas greet customers, build genuine connections, help customers choose from the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks while keeping up with customer demand. The work is physically demanding and requires standing and moving quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours, working in all weather conditions, and potentially pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds.
