About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Oroville, California, to serve customers in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. The role centers on connecting with customers, creating a welcoming experience, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, and supporting the crew. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, serving a steady flow of customers, and working in varying weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Compensation is $20.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $3.50 per hour. Tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, position, hours, and service quality; the stated average is based on 2025 reporting.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage a steady flow of customers.
- Ability to remain on your feet and move quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, make genuine connections, and create a kind and enjoyable visit.
- Help customers understand the menu and discover drinks they may enjoy while providing high-quality service.

- Prepare high-quality drinks efficiently while keeping pace with a busy shop.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and communicate availability.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards.
- Support teammates and help the crew complete its work.
