About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive team environment while embodying Dutch Bros values.

The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. The role requires working in all weather conditions, maintaining a clean workspace and food safety standards, and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to support employees in meeting Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $3.50 per hour. Tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service; the stated average is based on 2025 reporting.
