About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, connecting with customers and delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced shop. The role involves greeting customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food safety standards. Broistas work closely with their crew, show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and bring positive energy in all weather conditions. The job is physically demanding and may involve shifts of up to 10 hours on your feet and moving quickly, as well as pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to support employees in meeting its standards.
