About The Position

A Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering fast, friendly service and making genuine connections with customers in a busy, high-energy shop. The role involves preparing quality drinks efficiently, helping customers navigate the menu, maintaining a clean and food-safe workspace, and supporting the crew. The job is physically demanding and requires standing and moving quickly through shifts of up to 10 hours, working in varied weather conditions, and sometimes lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided.
