About The Position
The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, connecting with customers and providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy coffee shop. This physically demanding role involves working on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers, including during shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas craft high-quality drinks, help customers navigate the menu, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food safety standards. The role also requires dependable attendance, reliable transportation to scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, adaptability in changing weather, and a team-first approach. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $20.00 per hour base pay plus an average of $3.50 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.
