About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, fast, high-quality service in a busy, high-energy coffee shop. The role involves engaging with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. The work is physically demanding and requires standing and moving throughout shifts of up to 10 hours, working in various weather conditions, and potentially lifting up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet company standards. Compensation is $20.00 per hour in base pay, plus tips; the stated average of $3.50 per hour in tips is not guaranteed and may vary.
