About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, fast service in a high-energy coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, craft quality drinks, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, involves being on your feet and serving a steady flow of customers, and may include shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in inclement weather and attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. The position offers a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus tips, with an average of $3.50 per hour in tips reported for 2025; actual tips may vary. Growth opportunities are available within shops, headquarters, the Emerging Talent Program, and warehouse/fulfillment operations.
