About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Lutz, Florida. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role in which you represent the company, connect with customers, prepare drinks, and support the crew. The work involves being on your feet and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers, including shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus an average tip rate of $3.00 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
