About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food safety standards. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and being prepared to work in varying weather conditions. Shifts may be up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $15.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $3.00 per hour; actual tips may vary.

• Reliability and punctuality, including during inclement weather.

• Ability to work on your feet and move quickly for shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
