About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide upbeat, friendly customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy coffee shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. The work is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working in all weather conditions. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The listed compensation is $15.00 per hour in base pay, plus tips; the stated average of $3.00 per hour in tips is not guaranteed and is based on 2025 reporting.
