About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer-service role. Broistas are the face of Dutch Bros: they connect with customers, bring positive energy to each shift, help customers choose from the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks while keeping pace with a steady flow of customers. The role involves working on your feet for shifts of up to 10 hours, being prepared for all weather conditions, and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. The company provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The position offers a base pay of $15.00 per hour plus tips, which average $3.00 per hour but are not guaranteed and may vary.

- Have reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
