About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Lutz, Florida, to provide friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and represent Dutch Bros values. The role is physically demanding, involves working on your feet and handling a steady flow of customers, and may include shifts of up to 10 hours. Teamwork, reliability, positivity, adaptability, and a commitment to learning are important. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus an average tip rate of $3.00 per hour. Actual tips may vary based on location, position, hours, and quality of service; the average tip rate is based on 2025 reporting.
