About The Position

Broistas greet customers, make genuine connections, help customers navigate the menu, and prepare quality drinks while keeping up with customer demand. The role involves working as part of a supportive crew, maintaining a tidy workspace, and following food safety standards. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Have reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
