About The Position

The Broista is the customer-facing team member at Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, energetic service while preparing high-quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves engaging customers, helping them explore the menu, working closely with the crew, and keeping the workspace clean and compliant with food safety standards. It is physically demanding, with extended periods on your feet, shifts of up to 10 hours, and occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying of up to 65 pounds.
