About The Position

A Broista at Dutch Bros Coffee delivers friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing drinks in a busy shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, working quickly while maintaining drink quality, supporting the crew, and keeping the workspace clean and compliant with food safety standards. The job is fast-paced and physically demanding, with employees on their feet and serving a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared to work in all weather conditions, move or carry items weighing up to 65 pounds, and attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $7.25 per hour; actual tips may vary.
