About The Position

The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, connecting with customers and delivering friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced shop. The role involves engaging customers, helping them navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. Broistas are expected to embody Dutch Bros values and maintain a clean workspace while following food safety standards.

The job is physically demanding and involves being on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees should be prepared for all weather conditions and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. Reliable transportation is needed to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests.

Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus an average of $7.25 per hour in tips. Tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service; the average is based on 2025 reporting.
