About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Indian Land, South Carolina. This fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding role is the face of Dutch Bros and focuses on connecting with customers, providing positive service, and preparing high-quality drinks. Broistas work on their feet and move quickly while serving a steady flow of customers, with shifts lasting up to 10 hours. The role includes training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The position offers a base pay of $10.00 per hour plus average tips of $7.25 per hour. Tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, position, hours, and service quality; the stated average is based on 2025 reporting.
