About The Position

Zimmer Communications is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to oversee advertising operations from its Jefferson City office. The role coordinates with the Sales, Creative Services, and Programming Departments to organize content for daily radio broadcast program logs and generates sales and traffic reports. The coordinator also supports visitors and maintains the office supply inventory.

Requirements

• Experience managing operations in an administrative setting.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze a variety of report metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly and monthly traffic reports to verify advertising operations and manage the lifecycle of advertising campaigns.
• Enter broadcast schedules and schedule commercial copy for radio advertising, as well as create streaming campaigns.
• Generate revenue reports to communicate sales activity with leadership and the sales team.
• Reconcile activity logs for on-air and streaming advertising campaigns.
• Greet incoming guests and provide an excellent experience for all visitors.
• Maintain the Jefferson City office's inventory of supplies and place bulk orders as needed.
