About The Position

Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist for its Los Angeles showroom. The role creates meaningful, memorable shopping experiences for brides through personalized appointments, gown and accessory recommendations, relationship-building, and sales. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required; the employer emphasizes attitude, energy, and the ability to connect with customers. The position also supports daily showroom operations and requires weekend and holiday availability. Compensation consists of base pay plus commissions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
• Emotional awareness, calm under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
• Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride enters the showroom.
• Recommend gowns and accessories based on each bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
• Build strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Support daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories.
• Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
