About The Position

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking talented, passionate Wedding Hair Stylists to join its salon team at a luxury resort and award-winning spa in Northern New Jersey. The role provides bridal hairstyling services for brides, bridal parties, wedding guests, and other salon clients, helping them look and feel their best on special occasions. The stylist creates customized, long-lasting hairstyles and delivers an exceptional luxury salon experience. The position offers hourly pay, commission, tips, and resort employee perks.

Requirements

Active New Jersey Cosmetology License.
Previous professional hairstyling experience.
Bridal hairstyling experience, including proficiency in updos and formal styling.
Strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy wedding mornings.
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of professional hairstyling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional bridal hairstyling services for brides, bridesmaids, wedding parties, and other salon guests.
Create bridal hairstyles such as elegant updos, romantic waves, braids, and customized looks.
Consult with brides and clients about their vision, preferences, and desired wedding-day style.
Execute hairstyles efficiently and professionally while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the salon team to coordinate wedding-day appointments and provide a seamless guest experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
Provide outstanding customer service and create a relaxing, positive experience for each guest.
