About The Position

Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist for its Los Angeles showroom. The role centers on helping brides feel confident and celebrated by providing personalized styling and an exceptional, meaningful shopping experience. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required; the company emphasizes attitude, energy, and the ability to connect with people.

The Bridal Stylist works with brides and their guests to recommend gowns and accessories suited to each bride’s style, budget, and timeline, while building relationships and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The role also supports daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
• Emotional awareness, calmness under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
• Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride arrives.
• Recommend gowns and accessories based on each bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
