About The Position

Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist to help brides find gowns and accessories and create memorable showroom experiences. The stylist provides tailored, one-on-one appointments based on each bride’s vision, style, personality, budget, and timeline; builds relationships with brides, guests, and colleagues; and contributes to individual and team sales goals. The role also supports daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories, and requires handling emotional situations with empathy and professionalism. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• A team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
• Emotional awareness, calm under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
