About The Position

Luv Bridal is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Bridal Stylist to work in its showroom. The stylist helps brides find gowns and accessories while creating a meaningful, supportive experience tailored to each bride’s vision, style, personality, budget, and timeline. The role suits someone who is outgoing, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. Bridal experience is a plus but is not required.

Luv Bridal describes its showrooms as modern, stress-free, and inclusive, offering gowns in sizes 2–28, designs from international designers, and bridal accessories. The company promotes a collaborative workplace where team members can contribute, celebrate individual achievements, and grow.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales; bridal or fashion experience is preferred.
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Team-player mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
• Emotional awareness, calm under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality.
• Create an exceptional experience from the moment a bride enters the showroom.
• Recommend gowns and accessories based on each bride’s style, budget, and timeline.
• Build strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Support daily showroom operations, including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns and accessories.
• Handle emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
