About The Position
The Residence Inn by Marriott Gulfport-Biloxi Airport is hiring a friendly, energetic, guest-focused Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to help create an exceptional dining experience for guests each morning. The role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the complimentary breakfast buffet while providing outstanding guest service and ensuring a clean, organized dining environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during a shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet according to Marriott brand standards.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor food quality and replenish food throughout service.
- Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, counters, buffet areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup after breakfast service.
- Communicate guest needs and operational concerns to hotel leadership.
- Assist with inventory and stocking breakfast supplies as needed.
