About The Position

As a morning Breakfast Server at Parkway Prime Steakhouse in Niagara Falls, NY, you will welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, and help keep service on track and up to standard. You will tailor each guest’s experience to their tastes and help create memorable meals. The role also includes maintaining the dining and bar areas, assisting with kitchen duties when needed, and supporting the team with other duties as required. This is a part-time position with morning availability required. The listed pay is $10.70–$11.00 per hour, plus tips paid weekly.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Morning availability.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to communicate in English with guests and hotel personnel so they can understand.
Ability to accurately compute mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide food and drink recommendations.
Help keep service on track and up to standard while tailoring each guest’s experience to their tastes.
Keep supplies and equipment organized and minimize waste.
Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
Meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws.
Help with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
Respond to guest queries and provide advice.
Wear the required uniform.
Take on other ad-hoc duties when the team needs support.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining and bar areas, including wiping surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing menus, clearing dirty dishes, and removing spills, often while serving customers.
