About The Position

The Breakfast Server provides food and beverage service to hotel guests at the Bistro, helping ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience. Duties include preparing and serving food and drinks, taking orders, stocking supplies, maintaining and cleaning tables, engaging with guests, and completing cleanup and preparation for the next day. The role may involve working as a cook, server, bartender, barista, or banquet server, and supporting food service, meeting-room events, and special guest functions. Shifts usually begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until 11:00 a.m. or until closing cleanup is complete. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized prep cooler.
Work multiple roles during a shift, including cook, server, bartender, barista, and banquet server.
Follow cleanliness and food-handling standards.
Use chemicals and equipment properly according to manufacturers’ guidelines.
Set up and maintain food and beverage items during food service, meeting-room events, and special guest functions, ensuring proper quantities and temperatures.
Follow company policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer.
Clean the service area after food service according to standards and procedures.
Carry out reasonable requests from management.
Take guest orders, prepare and serve food and drinks, stock supplies, wipe down tables, and engage with hotel guests.
Complete cleanup and preparation for the next day.
