About The Position

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midtown Baldwin Center is hiring a friendly, dependable, and energetic breakfast team member to prepare and maintain the complimentary breakfast buffet and provide exceptional guest service. The role involves creating a welcoming breakfast experience, maintaining clean and well-presented food and dining areas, and supporting hotel guests with questions about the property and its amenities. The position is part-time and includes early morning shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and maintain the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Keep food stations stocked, fresh, and well-presented throughout breakfast hours.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Keep the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining space clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
• Assist with light food preparation and buffet breakdown.
• Answer guests' questions and direct them to hotel amenities.
