About The Position

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Breakfast Server at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Wichita Falls. The server welcomes guests, provides menu guidance, takes and serves food and drink orders, and attends to guest needs throughout the dining experience. The role also involves preparing certain drinks and food items, processing payments, and keeping the dining area clean. The position requires at least one year of customer service or restaurant experience and meeting the legal age requirement to serve alcohol. Hours are flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The role is primarily indoors and involves extended periods of standing and walking, with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly.
• Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice.
• Provide responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws.
• Accurately take and serve food and drink orders while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guests’ needs, including bussing and resetting tables.
• Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.
• Process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
