About The Position

The Drey Hotel is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Breakfast Server. In this role, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining environment.

Requirements

Must be available to work 5 days per week.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial for this position.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and fulfill breakfast orders promptly and accurately.
Anticipate guests' needs and provide recommendations when necessary.
Set up and arrange tables for breakfast service.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and stocked with necessary utensils and condiments.
Clear and clean tables efficiently, maintaining a neat and organized dining area.
Familiarize yourself with the breakfast menu and daily specials.
Be able to describe menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service.
Adhere to health and safety standards in handling and serving food.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bus stations and service areas.
Accurately process guest bills and handle cash and electronic payments.
Provide receipts and thank guests for their patronage.
