About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant sets up, replenishes, and maintains the breakfast buffet in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. The role keeps the dining area and preparation stations clean while providing customer service to enhance the guest experience. The position is on-call, based in Kingwood, Texas, and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food and beverage service or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring items remain stocked and available throughout service.
Greet guests and assist with food and beverage selections.
Keep the dining area, buffet, and kitchen preparation stations clean and organized.
Replenish hot and cold food and beverages, condiments, and utensils as needed.
Follow food handling and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory and notify the supervisor of shortages or reorder needs.
Clear and clean tables and keep the dining area presentable.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide a positive dining experience.
Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service, including cleaning and storing equipment.
