About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant helps create a welcoming breakfast experience for hotel guests. The role includes preparing and serving breakfast items and beverages, maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas, and keeping buffet stations stocked and refreshed. The attendant greets guests, answers questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and shares information about local attractions. The role also involves responding calmly to guest requests or issues, assisting teammates with tasks such as dishwashing and restocking, and maintaining a professional demeanor during busy periods. The position requires open availability between 4:00 AM and 11:00 AM, including weekends, and involves standing and moving throughout the shift and lifting or carrying items weighing 20–50 pounds.

Requirements

Open availability between 4:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Weekend availability is required.
Ability to stay on one's feet and lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior food and beverage or hospitality experience is a plus.
