About The Position

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will prepare the breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and serving them in a friendly manner consistent with brand, hotel, and sustainability standards. The goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service to every guest.

Requirements

Provide Level5 High Touch service.
Be flexible with shifts and scheduling.
Be available to work weekends and/or holidays.
Have transportation to and from work.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
Have proven customer service experience and a strong guest-focused mentality.
Have strong time-management and organizational skills.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and team members.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up the breakfast buffet each morning and ensure fresh foods are available throughout service hours.
Serve guests’ food and drink orders in the dining area and replenish items as needed.
Clean the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and the buffet bar, and empty garbage.
Remove plates and dishes from tables promptly using appropriate techniques for handling plates, glasses, and silverware.
Respond to visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
Maintain adequate supplies of clean glassware, dishes, and trays.
Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.
Perform other related duties as required.
