About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is hiring a service-oriented Breakfast Attendant for Residence Inn Surfside. The role prepares and serves the daily complimentary breakfast, welcomes guests, ensures they are satisfied, keeps the breakfast area stocked, and maintains its cleanliness. The position is tipped eligible and pays $16.50 per hour. The hiring process may include interviews, a drug screen, background and reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a restaurant or kitchen service role.
Minimum of a high school education.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of kitchen or restaurant operations.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve the daily complimentary breakfast bar.
Greet each guest and ensure guests are satisfied.
Ensure the breakfast area is sufficiently stocked at all times.
Ensure the breakfast area is clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.
