About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join the hotel team. The role is responsible for providing guests with a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable breakfast experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in excellent customer service, maintains high cleanliness standards, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

Friendly personality and a positive attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry supplies as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
Food handler certification is a plus, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service each morning.
Prepare, replenish, and maintain breakfast food and beverage stations.
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
Ensure food is presented attractively and buffet items remain stocked.
Monitor food temperatures and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Keep dining tables, counters, serving areas, and floors clean throughout service.
Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment as needed.
Clean and sanitize the breakfast area after service.
Restock supplies and maintain an organized storage area.
Respond to guest questions and requests in a professional manner.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
