About The Position

The Breakfast Attendant prepares food for the buffet line and serves guests. The position involves setting up the serving line for opening, preparing food according to brand standards, assisting customers courteously, maintaining a clean and neat serving line, and cleaning and breaking down the line at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for eight-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up the serving line for opening.
• Understand and follow serving portions as instructed.
• Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
• Prepare food for service according to brand standards.
• Keep the serving line clean and neat.
• Clean and break down the serving line at the end of the shift as instructed for the next shift.
