About The Position

The Brand Representative provides a world-class shopping experience for guests while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role includes welcoming guests, identifying their needs, helping them find merchandise, and offering styling recommendations. Representatives support sales goals, maintain product knowledge and store presentation, process transactions and returns, and assist with inventory tasks. They work collaboratively with the team, follow company policies and safety protocols, and remain flexible to business needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends. The position involves extensive standing and walking, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds, and occasional to frequent climbing. It also requires manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment, sufficient visual and auditory ability to complete tasks, and the ability to communicate with others.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods throughout the workday.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
Manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest, determine their needs, assist with finding merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
