About The Position

The Brand Representative provides guests with a world-class shopping experience while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role includes welcoming and assisting guests, offering styling recommendations, achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge and store presentation, processing transactions and returns, and assisting with inventory tasks. Associates must follow company policies and safety protocols, report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and occasionally to frequently climb.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and provide a world-class guest experience.
Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs.
