About The Position

The Brand Representative provides a world-class shopping experience for guests while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role involves assisting guests with merchandise and styling, supporting sales goals, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, processing transactions and returns, and helping with inventory tasks. The position requires being at least 18 years old and available to work nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Able to stand and walk for extensive periods throughout the workday.
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Able to climb occasionally to frequently.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
• Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
• Sufficient ability to communicate with others to exchange information.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge, including merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled, record time worked accurately, and remain flexible to business needs.
