Brand Representative
About The Position
The Brand Representative provides guests with a world-class shopping experience while contributing to the success and profitability of the retail business. The role involves helping guests select merchandise, offering styling recommendations, achieving sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store presentation and operations. The position is with Stand Out For Good, Inc., a women’s fashion company whose brands are founded on giving back and making a difference. The company describes its mission as “Stand Out. For Good” and supports charitable organizations through Mission Mondays and a partnership with Coprodeli USA.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to climb occasionally to frequently.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate registers, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
- Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to complete essential tasks.
- Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, determine their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations.
- Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
- Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and well-maintained.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
- Follow company policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked, and remain flexible to business needs.
