About the position
CASETiFY, a leading global lifestyle brand known for customizable tech accessories, is seeking a Brand Product Manager to oversee the brand strategy and marketing efforts for the company's product category. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for CASETiFY products and be an authentic hands-on product evangelist with a solid understanding of and experience in marketing innovative products. Responsibilities include developing and implementing brand/category marketing strategies, conducting market research and analysis, managing the brand/category budget and P&L, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying and evaluating new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand/category marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, product-market fit, go-to-market strategies (GTM) and consumer needs
- Develop and manage the brand/category budget and P&L
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop product innovations and launch plans
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
- Manage the brand/category image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze brand/category performance metrics
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and make recommendations for growth
- Work with external partners such as agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Experience with P&L management and budgeting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing software tools
