About The Position

Jobber is seeking a Brand Partnerships Strategist to join their Brand Marketing and Communications team. Jobber's mission is to help small home service businesses succeed by providing technology for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. The company has been recognized for its culture and growth. The Brand Marketing and Communications team focuses on growing awareness of Jobber through various programs and initiatives, including the Brand Partnerships program. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships and will be responsible for managing relationships with online influencers to build awareness and drive new customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and understands the impact of high-quality social media content and brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record driving social-media-led campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate and support teammates and other departments.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with new and existing brand partners/influencers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple campaigns, projects, and brand partners.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, including administrative tasks, market research, and creative ideation.
  • Solid customer service skills to build relationships and earn trust quickly.
  • Ambition and humility, with a drive for better, newer, and more innovative ways of doing things.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience, account management, affiliate marketing, or previous hands-on marketing experience for a SaaS company or tech startup.
  • Education in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related fields (BA, BS, MBA, or MS).
  • Experience managing or running paid campaigns on social media and with influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Be a brand champion, contributing to the reach and reputation of the brand through influencer marketing and supporting campaign ideas.
  • Research and recruit new potential brand partners who are a good brand fit for Jobber.
  • Build authentic relationships with brand partners through ongoing content creation and engagement to ensure they meet monthly performance metrics.
  • Assist in amplifying and contributing to ideas for user-generated content collaborations with brand partners.
  • Track, monitor, and report on the success of brand partner relationships, ensuring best practices and adherence to participation expectations.
  • Drive impactful business results by balancing content contribution to the Jobber brand with specific performance targets, including leads generated and revenue through affiliate referrals.
  • Act as a strategic contributor, evaluating if brand partners are meeting expectations based on measurable outcomes and brand-centric initiatives.
  • Communicate consistently with brand partners, providing them with supporting materials and customized feedback based on their post engagement and program participation.
  • Support existing Brand Partnerships program by researching and discovering new potential brand partners.
  • Onboard new partners to create regular content that recommends Jobber authentically within their community.
  • Build relationships, collaborate with, and evaluate existing partners.
