About The Position

The Brand & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the Muni Insurance brand across all client and community touchpoints. This role focuses on internal marketing initiatives, brand consistency, website content, client communications, community engagement, and promotional campaigns while collaborating with our external digital marketing partner to support the agency's overall marketing strategy. This position plays a key role in shaping how clients, referral partners, employees, and the community experience the Muni Insurance brand every day.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Canva, Mailchimp, and website content management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profile and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for branding and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update website content, service pages, staff profiles, and company announcements.
  • Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters through Mailchimp.
  • Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional items, and branded collateral.
  • Coordinate client appreciation campaigns, community events, sponsorships, and agency promotions.
  • Assist with social media content and collaborate with our external digital marketing partner on campaigns and messaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Support internal marketing initiatives, recruiting campaigns, employee recognition, and special projects.
  • Monitor and help strengthen the agency's online reputation through client reviews and testimonials.
