About the position
Narvar is seeking a Brand Designer to join their growing global design team. The role involves translating the Narvar brand across various platforms, developing presentations and infographics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in graphic/communications design, a strong sense of typography and visual design, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities
- Translate the Narvar brand across multiple platforms - from web, print, social media, advertising, and event marketing.
- Develop compelling presentations for products and features.
- Create beautiful infographics, icons, and illustrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, Sales, and Product.
- Develop tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
- Champion excellent user experience and design at every opportunity.
- Work with other designers to improve processes and shape culture.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience working as a graphic/communications designer in related marketing and advertising fields at agencies, studios or in-house with tech companies
- An online portfolio with examples of websites, email, print, and design system development
- Strong sense of typography, visual design, and composition
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience as part of an agile and iterative brand and marketing team
- Fluency using Webflow, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- The ability to prototype with motion and interactivity (AfterEffects, Principle, Framer, HTML/CSS/Javascript, etc)
