About The Position
Milam’s Markets is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Brand Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and associates at its Coconut Grove store. The role supports the store experience and the success of every department by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with sanitation and organization, and helping with other store duties as needed. The work takes place throughout the store, including the sales floor, backroom, and exterior areas. The Brand Attendant will be on their feet throughout the shift and will support store operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities may vary based on business needs, store location, or operational demands.

- Respond quickly to spills and cleaning needs.

- Help maintain exterior areas, including the parking lot.
- Identify and report safety concerns.
- Support team members and assist with other store duties as needed.
