This role will lead the development and execution of AHM’s Power Sports and Products Brand Strategy focused on Licensing, Sponsorships, Brand Ambassadors, and Partnerships in alignment with the BU’s objectives. This role will also be responsible for coordination with AHM Auto side counterparts as well as Japan Power Sports and Products teams wherever applicable.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or related discipline or, equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience with a degree or 10-12 years related work experience.
  • Manage multiple schedules and budgets.
  • Prior demonstrable expertise with licensing requirements.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Interacts and communicates effectively with other associates.
  • Good planning, implementation and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze Hondas and competitor’s situation to develop plan to realize business objectives.
  • Strong decision-making ability and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the yearly strategic prioritization roadmap, tracking tools, and project timelines for Licensing, Sponsorships, Brand Ambassadors, and Partnerships that supports our business plan initiatives and growth plans.
  • Track and report royalty from associated business relationships in coordination with the finance team.
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with each associated business partner.
  • Coordinate related strategies with auto counterparts to ensure alignment where applicable and to maximize collaboration opportunities to increase overall Honda brand value.
  • Coordinate with Law and IP team on any related legal contracts for associated business relationships.
