About The Position

Kinetic IT is seeking an experienced Brand & Creative Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 9-month parental leave contract. This is an opportunity to influence and elevate one of Australia's leading technology services brands, helping shape how we engage customers, partners, employees and the broader market. As Brand & Creative Specialist, you will drive the continued evolution and creative expression of the Kinetic IT brand, translating strategy into compelling visual experiences, digital interactions and communications that strengthen our market presence and support business growth. Working closely with executive leaders, sales teams and technical subject matter experts, you'll help bring complex ideas to life through clear, engaging and customer-centric creative solutions that connect strategy, storytelling and experience. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at both strategic and execution levels, equally comfortable discussing brand positioning with senior leaders as they are creating a campaign, designing a digital experience or experimenting with emerging AI-powered creative tools. Key areas included within the role to include: Translate organisational, growth and marketing strategies into clear visual and verbal brand expression. Provide strategic brand advice to stakeholders that uphold brand standards, frameworks, and creative guidelines. Develop creative concepts and visual narratives that bring our brand, services, and customer stories to life. Create high-quality creative assets across digital, social, web, video, print, presentations and events. Lead the design, governance, and continual improvement of Kinetic IT’s sales enablement ecosystem, including capability statements, solution collateral, presentations and other customer-facing assets. Apply UX and UI principles to improve engagement, usability and conversion. Continuously explore and implement emerging creative technologies and AI-powered workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and creative output Leverage experience working across modern creative, digital and marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Enterprise, Figma, HubSpot CMS, WordPress, and collaborative project management tools such as Asana. Leverage Canva to build scalable creative systems such as case study generators, sales decks, advertising frameworks, social media posts and short-form video templates. Identify opportunities to modernise how creative services are delivered across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing brand and creative within a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, campaign and creative work.
  • Experience working across branding, design, digital, and customer experience disciplines.
  • An ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual communications.
  • Experience working with AI-powered creative tools in practical workflows, and a curiosity for emerging technologies.
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and project delivery methodologies, with the ability to establish clear processes that move ideas from concept and validation through to execution, measurement and optimisation.

  • Experience within technology, professional services, consulting or B2B environments will be highly regarded.
