About The Position

Pacaso is hiring a Brand and Marketing Creative Principal to make the brand recognizable across its visual identity, writing, video, photography, and home marketing, while building an AI-native creative practice. The role combines creative direction with hands-on production and design, setting a high standard for quality while helping a small team create work quickly and consistently. The Principal collaborates with the VP of Marketing, the growth team, founders, other internal partners, and agencies. The role oversees production from planning through delivery, including owner, founder, influencer, celebrity, and destination shoots; interviews; professional crews and photographers; shoot logistics; editing; and repurposing footage into multiple formats. It runs the owner testimonial program end to end and establishes consistent photography and video standards for homes across Pacaso's destinations. The Principal evolves and applies the brand across marketing touchpoints, helps develop the company's taste profile, leads marketing design and maintains its Figma design system and templates. The role also directs social, content, PR, and co-branded partner work; builds AI-based creative systems and workflows; partners with growth on paid creative testing; and manages asset archives, licensing, usage rights, vendors, and production budgets.

  • Use AI to assemble video assets from footage, stills, and generated shots, creating versions for different formats and channels.
  • Maintain a shoot library that can serve every channel and build a trusted bench of photographers, editors, and designers.
  • Run the owner testimonial program end to end, from identifying owners and writing briefs and questions through directing shoots and edits, obtaining owner approval, and adapting stories for video, stills, and written content.
  • Build and improve AI creative systems, including prompt libraries, agents for generating tested variations, image editing workflows, and tools that help the team produce on-brand work.
  • Partner with the growth team on paid creative briefs, formats, testing cadence, and learnings from results; test new tools and retire those that do not meet the role's needs.
  • Set and maintain photography and video standards for homes across Pacaso destinations; build and manage a network of professional photographers and videographers, brief and book shoots, review edits, and deliver assets on time.
  • Manage the shoot calendar against home launch schedules in collaboration with Product and Operations.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and teams across Pacaso to evolve the brand's design and copy and apply it across marketing touchpoints.
  • Help shape the taste profile using observations from shoots, owner interviews, creative testing results, and the evolving brand direction.
  • Lead marketing design across launch emails, ads, decks, one-sheets, print, and out-of-home; maintain the Figma design system and templates; art direct partner work and design in-house when needed.
  • Direct social, content, and PR partners; brief and review their work, maintain brand consistency, and develop co-branded partner shoots from concept and talent through final assets.
  • Manage the asset and video libraries, photo and talent licensing, usage rights and renewals, vendor relationships, and production budgets.
  • Deliver monthly owner stories and video assets in needed formats; ensure homes are photographed to Pacaso's standard and on time; maximize the use of each shoot; keep production spend on budget; accelerate creative delivery; demonstrate AI creative performance through testing; and enable team use of design systems and templates.
