About The Position

As Branch Supervisor at Ferguson, you will guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. The role connects strategy with hands-on action, encourages learning and growth, and helps keep the branch operating safely and smoothly. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

Requirements

Experience leading teams in sales and operations.
Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions.

Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for customer-facing associates and branch functions.
Develop the team with a focus on customer service and implementation of company policies and strategy.
Manage overall branch operations, including hiring, coaching, and scheduling employees to support efficient, quality operations.
Maintain adequate inventory levels, promote sales, and maintain branch appearance.
Build an engaged environment by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers and implementing solutions.
Analyze store data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve location performance.
Perform work in accordance with established safety standards and comply with safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
